I can do an entire body part (3 exercises x 4 sets) in the same amount of time it takes some people to do a single exercise. I do two body parts in under an hour. If you’re spending more than an hour in the gym you are there way too long. Do every exercise to failure, 30-60 seconds rest. Don’t take it from me, take it from freak shows like Dorian Yates and Jay Cutler.
