Walk-ins and booking tattoo appointments

WE DO ACCEPT WALK-INS!

We try our best to keep one or two days a week open for walk-in tattoos.
If you are looking for a smaller or simpler tattoo, walk-ins are a great option. You can call or text the shop (604-535-5356) Wednesday-Sunday and we will let you know when the earliest available walk-in day will be.

BOOKING A TATTOO APPOINTMENT

If you would like to book a tattoo appointment there are a few different options available. If you go to the Book Now section of the website you can fill out the request form which will be sent to the shop by email, you can call or text us at the shop (604)-535-5356, or you can always just pop in and talk to us in person.
These are all good options, however, we recommend texting as the best way to go. That way you can also text us any reference pictures you might have and they will automatically be saved under your name and number along with all your other information.
When you text the shop be sure to include the following information:

  • Your name
  •  A brief description of the tattoo you are looking to have done
  •  Rough size (in inches) you like the tattoo to be
  • Placement of the tattoo on your body
  • Any reference photos of things you like or what you have in mind for the tattoo

Once we have all your information we can find you a date and time and book your appointment.

CONSULTATIONS

A consult is about a 1/2 hour - hour long appointment that gives the Artist and the client an opportunity to meet in person and chat about the tattoo design and tattoo process.
All large scale appointments, like sleeves or back pieces, will usually require an in person consultation.
We usually book our consults in the mornings around 11am before we start tattooing.
All consultations are totally free and no deposit is required to book a consultation appointment.

DEPOSITS

All tattoo appointments require a deposit.
All deposits are final and non-refundable. Once your tattoo is finished and you have no future appointments booked the deposit will go towards the price of your final tattoo session.
Your deposit will be forfeit if:
-You cancel your appointment without giving a minimum of 48 hours notice
-You cancel 2 appointments in a row
Deposits can be sent to the shop by e-transfer to whiterocktattoocompany@gmail.com

HOURLY RATE

The minimum charge at the shop is $150.
The hourly rate at the shop is $180 per hour of tattoo time, depending on the design. Certain designs may be done at a discounted hourly rate or for a flat price which would be at the individual artists discretion.
For example, all the pre-drawn tattoo designs at the shop, everything up on the walls, is always on sale and is available to be tattooed at a cheaper hourly rate!
